The name "Dumpling hunt" is a program: no, you don't actually hunt dumplings in the middle of the Dolomites, but this team race is a sort of "bike-orienteering-race". Every year, the most entertaining mountain bike race in the Dolomites attracts numerous bikers from Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Italy to conquer the Dolomite trails. Which team will win the coveted dumpling trophy this year? The best prize for all participants is first of all the fun, secondly the breathtaking Dolomite landscape and thirdly the delicious traditional dumplings that will be served on the evening after the race.
