Val Gardena and its groomed bike parks and flow trails

The exciting Freeride track of Ciampinoi and the diverse Flowtrails at Dantercepies and Piz Sella/Plan de Gralba provide plenty of mountain biking fun.

With the imposing Dolomites as a backdrop, all trails can be easily accessed thanks to modern lifts and bike transport for mountain bikes and e-bikes.
The Trail Arena ticket allows the use of the lifts Dantercepies, Ciampinoi, and Piz Seteur, as well as the chairlifts Costabella, Cir, and Piza Pranseies.
The operators of these ski lifts have utilized the potential of the unique mountain landscape to create a park that guarantees every biker the desired flow.
On the Freeride track "Ciampinoi," experienced bike park enthusiasts will have a blast. The course through the forest offers countless banked turns, steep sections, and jumps for action-packed flight experiences. There are also Northshore passages.
The Dantercepies gondola can be reached with little effort via the Costabella chairlift and a short descent to the Dantercepies valley station. At the mountain station, the striking Sella group and the Cir peaks rise majestically like castles of rock. From here, the 1,500-meter-long "Cir Tiera" with a pumptrack section starts and leads as a flowy natural trail to the mid-station of the Dantercepies lift. The 1,800-meter-long "Cir Giara" also starts at the mountain station, leads to the Passo Gardena and offers unique photo spots with a Dolomite panorama. The Piz Seteur lift and the Gran Paradiso chairlift provide access to the "Family Trail" and the "Jump Line" on the opposite side of the valley. The flowy "Family Line" is also suitable for kids with mountain bike experience, while the "Jump Line" offers experienced riders the perfect mix of speed rush and jump acrobatics.
All trails are connected by lift facilities and connecting paths, so a day of unlimited biking in the Val Gardena Trail Arena is highly recommended.
