600 kilometres of mountain bike trails await you and your loved ones in the mountain bike region of the Alpe di Siusi-Gardena/Alm/Gröden. Mountain bike tours around the Alpe di Siusi are particularly suitable for families with children. The wide forest trails are a guarantee of exciting experiences for all ages, and the fairytale backdrop of the UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites is always in view. In addition, the countless bike shops at your disposal ensure that no wish is unfulfilled: from mountain bikes for children to children’s helmets and bike trailers, families will find everything they could possibly need. Out of the 22 signposted routes, 6 are particularly suitable for families and beginners. The Family Trail in Gardena leads from the ultra-modern Piz Seteur gondola lift to the Plan de Gralba: at 3,600 m in distance, this easy trail promises to be fun for the whole family.

MTS Dolomites Kinder
500 vertical meters ascent and descent, 13 kilometers
The tour is suitable for families. A maximum of 150 metres of altitude are ridden in one piece.
The tour is characterized by easy ascents and comfortable descents.
Marinzen Tour
500 vertical meters ascent and descent, 11 kilometers
The descent is partly steep and therefore difficult. We recommend the tour for children who are experienced mountain bikers.
Wuhnleger Lake loop route
500 vertical meters ascent and descent, 10 kilometers
The journey from Weißlahnbad to Wuhnleger takes about 400 metres.
Schnaggenkreuz Cross loop route
570 vertical meters ascent and descent, 17 kilometers
The tour is suitable for children who have a good basic condition. The section from Umes to the Schnaggenkreuz is partly steep uphill. The descent is very pleasant and relatively flat.
Fiè allo Sciliar - Siusi allo Sciliar link trail
250 meters ascent - 90 meters descent, 7 kilometers
The tour is suitable for children of all ages. The path runs through a forest.
Spitzbühl loop route
320 vertical meters ascent and descent, 9. 5 kilometers
For the first section from Compatsch to Spitzbühl, many meters of altitude are covered over a short distance. The path then runs flat over the Seiser Alm. We recommend the tour for experienced children.
